Our Staff

Green Park PCH staff are trained to value each individual and to recognize their different preferences and needs. You’ll also find dedicated, compassionate, caring staff who are trained in helping our residents and their family members to live with both the good and bad days that go hand-in-hand with memory loss.

Our staff demonstrate a clear understanding of older people's needs and are able to engage with them in a positive manner. Staff and managers strive to put kindness at the heart of the care and support they provide. They are focused on speaking to residents with dignity and respect. As a result, residents are relaxed and happy in the company of staff.
